In principle, the Electronic Office provides information on procedures and services. Both to download documents and applications (either those that have yet to be completed or those that are already completed), as well as to carry out online procedures.
The requirements to be able to obtain information on procedures and services are:
- Operating Systems:
- Windows 7 or later 32/64 bit.
- macOS 10.14 or later
- Linux and Lliurex 15 (v.15.05.0.343 or later). Any version with web browser support, only with centralised certificate (Cl@ve)
- Web browsers:
- Google Chrome 46 or later.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer v9 or later.
- Microsoft Edge v20.
- Mozilla Firefox 41.0.1 or later.
- Safari 9.0 or later.
- Standard PDF document reader software, for viewing the associated documents.
In order to be able to initiate an online procedure, identification is required:
- A recognised electronic certificate is required to identify yourself.
- An electronic signature will be required in order to complete some procedures
However, it is recommended that you consult the manual corresponding to the type of signature to be used in order to correctly configure the working environment.

Before starting an online procedure with a certificate, it is also recommended that you check the requirements necessary to obtain information on procedures and services.
